Raw materials for production are also sourced locally as well as internationally from countries such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and India and all raw materials are sourced from OEKO-TEX certified factories.

On top of that we are also developing samples and products as per customer’s requirement and specification.

Upon receiving your query — we will carefully study your requirements. Then we’ll do the followings: First. We take your query seriously as our business function for you to materialize and be successful. Then We calculate and come up with an estimated cost based on all the raw materials found from our domestic and or international vendors. After that verify this estimated cost with the domestic market by sending your queries to different manufacturing units including our own unit where the Production Manager, Designer, Technical dept., Merchandisers and the QC departments re-calculate the cost of making of your product(s). We compare the best logical and up to the requirements cost for you.

When we finish analyzing, we offer you the lowest price and meet your target price. Then well do the followings: We’ll shortlist and send you profile of the best factory for you. If we meet time budget together then you could visit your preferred factory or just give permission to proceed of your product manufacturing.

Merchandising Every single customers are assigned with our dedicated merchandising team to keep in touch and follow up orders, etc. This expert team comes into action with our customer’s from first day of inquiry to the last date of shipment. It is important to note that each team headed and monitored by a Manager. If needed, the leader updating the progress and status of the orders with the team and worki on account of the customers requirements.

Quality Control Quality is the foremost secret of our long sustainability. So. for closely monitoring and ensuring of the best quality products, our independent quality management team stay present in the factory from sampling to shipment. This team along with the merchandising team performs quality check on the merchandise during production. Workmanship and other standards such as rubbing test, shrinkage test. color fastness are constantly checked, recorded and analyzed. Testings are done strictly with certified test laboratory, such as, SGS, BV, Hohenstein, Tuv and any other testing lab as required by the customer. A proactive approach is maintained towards the identification of problems and immediate application of corrective measures are taken.

TexTogether gives uncompromising priority on social compliance because most of our factories are BSCI, WRAP, SEDER, add Accord Alliance etc approved. For retaining this our own compliance team regular checks on factories regarding all social compliance and audit.

Container Stuffing & Loading Supervision
An identification of the goods during the loading is made to ensure that only the inspected goods are being stuffed without getting mixed up with the un-inspected goods. Shipping documents are checked to verify their conformity to buyer’s instructions and sent in advance to the buyer.

As a policy, we insist that all our cargo must be handled only by a reputed Forwarder, so that, we get correct information well in time about exact sailing details, ETD / ETA of vessels. We also try for priority in booking and loading wherever possible. In suitable circumstances, we may arrange grouping of cargo arriving from different suppliers. This system enables the buyer to import several consignments as one lot and reduces his import cost on freight, clearing, forwarding and cargo handling. We can assist if required in negotiating and obtain special freight rates on the basis of regular turnover. This too results in reducing buyer’s cost of import.

Documentation & Shipping Co-Ordination
Shipping documents are checked as per the buyers’ instruction and the copy documents are sent to the buyers in time to avoid any discrepancy. To avoid demurrage at destination, we collect copies of shipping documents such as B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing list, original G.S.P., Certificate of Origin, Export Certificate etc. from all suppliers immediately after shipment and forward them to respective buyers.
